Application
TUMMY MASSAGE:
Place your hands in a basket, one above the other, under the stomach in a supporting gesture. Bring the hands up to each side of the abdomen, applying gentle pressure, then back down, folding the arms.
Both hands on each other, wrap your tummy with a wide turning movement (clockwise) while applying gentle pressure.
BREAST MASSAGE (except while nursing):
This movement allows you to relieve your chest weight. Go around the breast, supporting it towards the outside in, then go up, hand flat, to the shoulder.
THIGHS AND HIPS MASSAGE:
Massage from bottom to top, from the knee to the hip, by wrapping the thigh, buttocks, and hips.
Make large circular movements on the upper thigh, buttocks, and hips.
